All US orders are shipped (usually the day placed) via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Shipping and handling charges are almost always $7.00. We'll immediately notify you of any additional charges and will only proceed with your approval. All international orders are immediately shipped via US Air Mail unless otherwise requested.
 
Please have the following measurements ready when ordering:

 

Knee	Mid-knee circumference with leg straight and relaxed and measuring tape gently touching the surface of the skin (not pulled tight). Specify left or right.
Elbow	Circumference at widest part of forearm.
Foot	Shoe size (specify men´s or women´s).
Ankle	Shoe size (specify men´s or women´s and left or right).
Shin	Circumference at widest part of calf.
Shoulder	Your weight and chest circumference. Specify left or right.
Wrist	Circumference at wrist. Specify left or right.
Back	None needed - size is universal.
Cast Cover	Type of cast and measurement from tip of finger or heel to top of cast.
